COVID-19 Protocols:
The health and safety of our audience, instrumentalists and singers is paramount. In keeping with state and local COVID-19 requirements and to provide patrons with the best concert experience that we can, concerts will be offered with limited seating.  Additional requirements for concert goers include the following:

1.  Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. (You are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after you have received a second dose in a two-dose vaccine series or two weeks after you have received a single-dose vaccine.) We will not accept a negative COVID-19 test in lieu of proof of full vaccination.

Acceptable forms of proof of full vaccination are as follows:
Vaccination card or record (government or healthcare provider issued).
Photo of a vaccination card (physical or digital).
Documentation must include:

Name of the person vaccinated,
Vaccine provided,
Date the final dose was administered.

NOTE: Self-reported vaccination records which are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.

2.  Photo Identification (drivers license, passport, student I.D.)
3.  All patrons must wear a well-fitting mask (a mask that fits completely over their nose and mouth) during the performance and while on venue premises.
4.  Unfortunately, unvaccinated children under 12 years old may not enter.

Patrons are requested to arrive early (20-30 minutes prior to performance) and to use the Monroe Street main entrance to the church. Each patron must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth, and will be asked to show proof of vaccination and I.D. before entering the building.

Venue Information:
All performances will be presented in the sanctuary of First United Methodist Church, 1165 NW Monroe Ave., Corvallis. This setting is reminiscent of an Old World cathedral and offers wonderful acoustics. There is nearby free parking and the church is fully handicap-accessible. Due to Covid-19 related concerns for the health and safety of our patrons, instrumentalists and singers, seating will be limited for both concerts.

Tickets are non-refundable.
