Brahana is the musical duo of Brett McConnell (bassist) and Aniana (vocalist). After performing in countless original Portland projects over the past 16+ years, they love coming together for intimate acoustic sets filled with their favorite guilty pleasure songs. Expect heartfelt originals, plenty of lovey-dovey covers, and just as many tongue-in-cheek tunes for anyone who prefers the love stinks side of Valentine's Day. Theyre especially excited to spend the holiday together on stage for their very first performance at Tomorrows Verse! Yes, they're married. Yes, itll be cute, and often hilarious. Tomorrow's Verse patrons may remember Brett from his years as the bassist for Shafty (Portland's Tribute to Phish) from 2012-2017. Aniana is known for leading her self-titled 8-piece powerhouse soul/dub/reggae/jam ensemble, as well as performing with local livetronica/improv outfit Bretts House Party.
