You're invited to celebrate a great night of fun while benefiting the kids! Singles, couples & groups of friends! Come and enjoy a great evening of dancing, mingling and surprises!

Doors open at 7 PM with the band performing from 8 – 11 PM

Macey Gard Band is the Pacific NW's premier high-energy Power Pop band that puts on a get-down funky dance show like you’ve never experienced. Whether performing their own music or unique versions of your favorite cover songs, they combine incredible musicianship with a passion for fun that is totally infectious. It’s easy to see why they are the go-to band when it’s time to bring the party!

The kids always enjoy these gifts! We are looking for all shapes and sizes. Here’s your chance to bring in “Ted Bear” or something special!

Fun Items to Bid On
As in the past, we will have a variety of items to bid on. This year we will be adding a new twist. Guests will purchase little tickets that night and place them in the box associated with the item they are interested in. Feel free to stuff the box with as many tickets as you like! The winning tickets will be drawn during the second band break.

Dress to Impress 
Here is your chance to slip on some swanky outfit and strut your stuff. Cocktail or dressy casual attire is also fine to take in the show.

Free Photo Booth
Have your photo taken or take a selfie at the free photo booth.

No Host Bar
We will have a bar serving a special list of cocktails and a nice selection of wines and microbrews. Light food options will also be available.

Venue
Shawn Gardner Dancing is a beautiful 3 Ballroom, 17k square foot facility in Tigard. The ballroom features state of the art lighting and sound system, and beautiful sprung hardwood floors.

Free Parking
In addition to the main parking lot and street parking, we have a very large extra parking lot just down the street at the corner of Hall and Commercial Street. There will be a shuttle van to take you door-to-door!
