A solo recital "In Love With..." presented by Sweta Ravisankar in the South Indian dance form of Bharatanatyam accompanied by a live music orchestra.
Here Sweta will be presenting a Bharatanatyam margam, literally meaning a path, by selecting and weaving a story emerging from items she learned or choreographed over the pandemic and has been in love with ever since.
She will be talking about her relationship with these pieces, their evolution within her, and how it led to the lineup that she will be presenting.
The performance will cover dances in traditional as well as contemporary themes making it suitable for a wide range of audiences.
