What:  Thirsty? Well then don’t miss February’s evening ISES networking event! Indulge in dinner and drinks at Urban Studio, the Pearl District’s chic wedding and event space. Sip and sample signature cocktails shaken up by some of Portland’s most raved-about mixologists, and learn the tricks of this coveted trade. Oh, but if only it were that simple to get a drink in this industry! The O.L.C.C. will be on-site educating us on the what-you-don’t-know -but-absolutely-need-to-know facts of alcohol service. Learn the necessities of obtaining permits and become a pro on the do’s and don’ts before opening the bar and pouring Manhattans at your next event.

A panel of O.L.C.C. representatives, local bartenders, and event/catering professionals will answer your (many, we’re sure!) questions, share personal experiences, and discuss the ins and outs of alcohol service and sales at on and off-premise events.
