Charlie Brown III & friends:  Charlie Brown the III is young and extremely talented keyboardist with a smooth and accomplished stage presentation well beyond his age  of 21 years... 

His natural ability to flow between different genres of music effortlessly reflect an exceptional base foundation ground In traditional Jazz influences!
 But it's his natural ability to infuse his Jazz roots sound  with that old school and contemporary Neo-Soul R&B flavor that sets him and his performance apart... 
As a member of the hot new local band Greater Kind, he and other key players are currently touring with well-known Acts and definitely making noise on the national music scene, Shining the light on Portland musicians...

Our Mission: The Unity Benefit Music Series is a collaborative effort created from the necessity to support artists, reconnect our community, and promote Unity through the healing message of music!

Our focus is to advocate for social equality and address the need to support our local venues, production staff, restaurant workers, and musicians from the devastating effects of our industry shut down.

Description: This benefit music series will feature Portland's top Soul, Latin & Jazz bands.

During the shows, we will spotlight positive tangible commentary from community activists, select nonprofits, and social equality advocates sharing ideas and strategies to unite our divided country.

For those unfamiliar with Botanist, we are your thoughtful, intentional home away from home neighborhood destination bar/restaurant located in the heart of the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. In the local community, we are known for our personalized style of hospitality, creative cocktails, and delectable tapas and entrées. Over the time that we have been open, we have been able to establish strong relationships with not only our guests (aka Our Family) but also the service industry professionals.
