Luis Ocasio
Luis is a local Portland Ocasioproducer and KMHD DJ who goes by the moniker Tenface. Setting the pace with jazzy boom bap and neo soul tracks, Tenface hosts an array of eclectic guest artists. 

They collaborate in an organic, informal improvisation session, where musicians are free to express their interpretations over the DJ beats whenever they are feeling inspired, like a surfer catching a perfect wave.
 
Luis Ocasio aka DJ Tenface has a unique style influenced by under the radar muscians which he features on his local nightly radio show....
 
Great artists like The Betty Ford Boys, FloFilz & locals like Jay Si Proof and David Barber just to name a few.
 
He has 7 CDs out including his latest creation titled Weather Changes.
 
The sound is a mix of laid back Hip Hop and R&B, influenced by artists like Robert Glasper and J Dilla.
 
He has also worked in the studio with influential local talents like Ron Artest II, Steve's Swatkins of Excellent Gentleman, Jazzman Noah Simpson and many many more!
 
This is a DJ with a laid-back smooth Style and definitely worth a listen!
 
Our Mission:
The Unity Benefit Music Series is a vital collaboration created from the necessity to reconnect with our community, unite our efforts for positive change and help heal our city and country through the message of music!

Our focus is to advocate and address the need to support our local venues, staff, the musicians, bartenders, and restaurant workers from the devastating effects of our industry shut down. 

This series features top Soul, Latin and jazz bands with special guests, plus resident DJ’s & MC's.

The evening will spotlight positive and informative commentary from local community activists, nonprofits and social justice advocates sharing ideas and strategies to unite our city & country.

Botanist:
For those unfamiliar with Botanist, we are your thoughtful, intentional home away from home neighborhood destination bar/restaurant located in the heart of the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. In the local community, we are known for our personalized style of hospitality, creative cocktails, and delectable tapas and entrées. Over the time that we have been open, we have been able to establish strong relationships with not only our guests (aka Our Family) but also the service industry professionals.
