Ron Bearden presents... The Grand Winter Ball
Saturday Night Dance Party with Hit Machine
Saturday, January 25th, 2020
Doors open: 7 pm
Event begins: 7:30 pm
A Holiday Celebration of Dancing amidst a winter wonderland... in the Historic Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom!
You are invited to come and share a gala evening with friends, old and new... as the music plays all night!
Plus this January is the 10 year anniversary of my first dance party. Many of you may remember my house parties in the Barrington Heights house. We will have a full photo book playing on the big screen from all of the old parties. We will also have some special guest performers stopping in.
Dress to impress!!!
Ladies, here is your night to show off that beautiful gown or your fancy cocktail dress. Gentlemen, black-tie formal or cocktail attire, here is your chance to show the ladies you can be a “Sharp Dressed Man”.
Then LIVE on stage for your dancing and entertainment pleasure, Hit Machine
Over the past ten years, I have had several parties featuring Hit Machine including the house party in 2014 when the back deck collapsed. So it is only fitting to have Bart and the One.... the Only... Hit Machine to rock the house.
Plus Shelly Rudolph
and her band will be opening the show. In honor of my very first dance party back on January 31st, 2010, with Shelly's band Troubled Boots.
Grand Ballroom Photo Booth:
Have your photo taken or take a selfie at the winter wonderland photo booth we will have set up!
Full No Host Bar:
We will have two full bars serving cocktails, a nice selection of wines, microbrews, and also champagne! Plus, there will be a delicious, special food menu available.
The Adrianna Hill Ballroom is an amazing place! Built-in 1901 this storybook setting has been fully restored with a suspended “U” shaped balcony, cathedral styling 55-foot stage and spacious vaulted ceilings. There are tables and chairs to enjoy food, a beverage or conversation. Located on the 2nd floor in the Pythian Building with the entrance in the middle of the block on Yamhill.
Parking and Max Service at the Front Door:
This is as easy as it can be for everyone. Max stops right in front of the door with both the Blue and Red lines. Smart park is right across the street with a five-story parking lot and parking is only $5.00 for the whole night (enter on 10th). Also, street parking is free after 7 pm.
