Emelie breaks down myths and assumptions about mental health in this short, psychoed presentation around the anxiety cycle. Learn how anxiety works in the body and mind, common ways people experience it, and how to stop it in its tracks. SOMA, a local kombucha brewer has generously provided their CBD kombucha for you to sample at the event! We'll also have light snacks on hand.
