Have you ever wondered how wines are blended together to give you the delicious final product you enjoy?  Come play winemaker for the evening and try your hand at blending.  Create your very own wine to sip on with NACE industry colleagues.  Mike McGrath, seasoned wine maker for Conn Creek Winery in Napa Valley California will lead us in a blending seminar with his Bordeaux style California reds.  Hors d’ oeuvres will be provided during the presentation and dinner will follow.
