As the busy summer season comes to an end for many of us, we’d like to take this opportunity to talk
about the tough stuff. We’ll be exploring topics such as dealing with difficult clients, knowing when to
say ‘no’, and coping when the lines of our job description get blurred – and we’re all of a sudden taking on the job of someone else.
