In celebration of the dawning of summer in Portland, the Open Kitchen dinner series will manifest an elegant dinner pairing from-scratch, rustic Italian fare by Chef Andrea Holzner with wines from Christopher Bridge Vineyards in the Willamette Valley. We are excited at the opportunity to host this dinner at the Christopher Bridge Winery.  The winery is located 20 minutes south of Portland in Oregon City.  Morning Shade Farms will collaborate  with the Open Kitchen to ensure only the freshest produce will be at the dinner table

This dinner has a limited seating and only 40 guests will be able to attend because of the intimate nature of the winery.  Please inform the kitchen if you are gluten intolerant because gluten free substitutes will be available.  $65 per person includes the 6 course meal with the above wine pairings.  Bottles of Christopher Bridge wine will be available for purchase.

Homemade lemon sorbet topped with limoncello (to cleanse palate); prossecco

Antipasti: Roasted red peppers, Arancini and Carpaccio di Carne paired with the Christopher Bridge Rose'

Insalata: Caprese with homemade crusty bread

Primi: Seafood Martini Bianca and homemade sage linguini accompanied by the Pinot Gris

Secondi: Insalata di Arance e Origano served with the Pinot Noir

Dessert: Black current mousse with hazelnut wafer with an Oregon rosemary Limoncello
