The Open Kitchen- Lamb Dinner

Time event/entertainment begins: 7 PM
Jason McCammon chef and educator, presents an evening that features his unique high school cooking program at the Sabin-Schellenberg Center in Milwaukie Oregon. We’ll greet you with an Amuse Bouch and follow it with a fennel soup. The headliner for the evening is a braised lamb, locally sourced from a farm tied to Chef Jason’s program. A purist in his cooking style, Chef Jason will give you a meal to remember.
But, this event will be even more special than our first two! For the first time, we will serve a flight of wine and pair each main course with a premium wine from Fausse Piste, a local, boutique winery. You'll also have the chance to talk with the owner Jesse Skiles of Fausse Piste", as he will be pouring and sharing a little history about each wine. If you love it, you'll then have the chance to buy a full glass or bottle to go with the rest of your course or take home. Local food, local chefs, and exclusive local wine: this night is going to tickle your taste buds.
