David Watson's Rebirth of the Cool, Bebop & Beyond, features Portlands best! Mike Doolin is the cherry on the Sundae of this concerts offerings.  They will be recreating the music of Gill Evans, Miles Davis, and Gerry Mulligan, and their, now infamous "Cool Nonet".  

Save the trip to New York and catch this first class, tight ensemble as they capture the additional brilliance of that "era"! Alyssa Schwary will dazzle you with her own version of some of the greatest jazz vocalists of all time,  Nancy Wilson, Anita O'Dea, and Billie Holliday. David Watson presents his vocal renditions of the great Duke Ellington and much more.
 
We will be celebrating the birthday of our friend and fabulous trumpeteur~Paul Mazzio.
