Table (size designated by package), access to electricity, logo on show signage and website, in person access to top level meeting planners, and one (1) 12-hour parking pass for Rose Quarter East Garage.

6:00am – Exhibitor load-in
10:30am – Exhibitor booths are ready
11:00am – Doors open
4:00pm – Doors closed
4:00pm – 6:00pm – Exhibitor load out

Exhibitors can load in from 6:00am – 10:00am on Wednesday, October 10th. Exhibitors can park in the nearby lot and hand carry in items via the front or back door. There is a small dock at the back of the building (enter via Weidler Street in the Annex lot) for loading and unloading.

All exhibitors must check-in at the registration booth located next to the show entrance and pick up their names badges. Exhibitor registration will close when full.

REGISTER NOW, PAY BY CHECK

If paying by check, call Ticket Tomato at 503-432-9477 to place your oder and then mail in a check. Checks must be received by October 10, 2018.  Registration is not considered complete until your check has been received and an email confirmation is sent to you.
