For their second season, Wild Rumpus Jazz Co. is excited to present "Jazz Around the World," exploring Jazz Dance through music from across the globe. Using Jazz’s emphasis on stylistic phrasing and storytelling, as well as a playful, nuanced, and complex relationship with music, Wild Rumpus hopes to showcase jazz dance through less traditional jazz compositions. Diving into new rhythms, instruments and melodies while still emphasizing their beloved jazz technique.
