Vancouver's Big Band New Years Eve at the Hilton rings in 2017 with the music of the 40s! The Minidoka Swing band will get you out of your seats and dancing until our countdown begins! We will be have an early NYE countdown at 9:00 PM or midnight on the East Coast.

Our dinner package features gourmet dining prepared by the Hilton Vancouver’s executive award winning chef Troy Lucio and his staff. This package also includes wine and a champagne toast. Guests can also enjoy our delicious hors d'oeuvres buffet. Our signature cocktails, wine and beer from our fully stocked bars will keep our guests in the spirit all night.

Dinner Package Choices

1) Maple Boubon Glazed Roasted Airline Chicken Breast -Winter Vegetable Succotash, Crispy Kale Chips and Stewed Black Barley
2) 72 Hour Braised Short Ribs - Cabernet Mushrooms and Bourbon Demi Roasted Pepper Remoulade and Roast Leek Mash
3) Mac N' Five Cheese - Spinach and Blistered Tomatoes

This event is 21 and over. Vancouver's Big Band New Years Eve at the Hilton will end promptly at 9:30 PM.  Ticket includes celebration with the Nu Wavers at the Masquerade in the Round to ring in the New Year again at midnight!
