Saeeda Wright is no stranger to the Jimmy Mak’s Stage both as a featured artist or special guest. To hear her is to love her robust, savory soulful sound with a gospel flair.

Her vocal stylings have been influenced by artists such as Aretha Franklin, Jill Scott, Whitney Houston and Ella Fitzgerald to name a few.

When she is not serenading listeners around the Portland area, she is on tour with Prince as a member of the New Power Generation. Saeeda has also toured with the amazing Liv Warfield, who is also no stranger to the Jimmy Mak’s Stage.
