The Paul Creighton Project
Tribute to Stevie Wonder

Saturday, December 12th, 2105

One show at 8pm

Departing from its lauded blend of soul infused cover and original music, The Paul Creighton Project brings you Winter Wonderland: A Tribute to Stevie, presenting the songwriting talents of Stevie Wonder as embodied by some of Portland’s finest jazz and soul players.

Covering music from Songs in the Key of Life, Hotter Than July, Innervisions, Music of the Mind, among others, this night will surely be one for the books.

A PDX super band if there ever was one, the PCP will feature Brian Harris on keys and vocals, Jay “Bird” Koder on guitar, Damian Erskine on bass, Reinhardt Melz on drums, Joshua Cliburn on saxophone, and Dick Titterington on Trumpet. We will also be inviting soul virtuosos, Miss Leisa Hart-Grace and percussionist Brian Foxworth (Oregon Music Hall of Fame's latest inductee!).

Paul has toured with The Motet, Joey Porter’s Funk Tributes, Soul Vaccination, Intervision, and he has had the distinct honor and privilege to have performed with such greats as Nate Watts (Stevie Wonder), Jennifer Batten (Michael Jackson, Jeff Beck), and Chester Thompson (Tower of Power, Santana).
