2014 Blues Music Award Winner for "Soul Blues Male Artist of the Year", vocalist and harmonica player John Nemeth returns to Jimmy Mak's for another performance that will be sure to bring down the house!

John is one of the fastest rising stars on the national blues scene, with a driving sound that brings to mind the voices of Sam Cooke, Otis Redding, and Jackie Wilson.

Playing in support of his latest release "Memphis Grease", tonight's show will most certainly be a celebration of his latest awards from the 2015 Blues Music Awards, for which he is nominated in 6 different categories.  This year's award ceremony takes place in Memphis on May 7th, and he'll be flying directly to Portland for his first performances after this year's BMA's.
