What it is: Share an evening with some of Oregon's top producers of premium wines, meet the winemakers and mingle with other foodies and wine aficionados. Chef Leslie of Thirst Bistro has created a delicious menu to pair perfectly with each of the wines. Guests will have an opportunity to enter to win wine tasting and tour packages, and other fun prizes.
